Our Public Servants and Heroes Program has been established since 2018 and it is our way to give back to our unsung Heroes. The program is designed to give our First Responders, Law enforcements, Military Personnel, Veterans, Health Care Personnel, Teachers and Clergy a credit of 30% of the commission earned by the agent at the time of closing.
Credit shall be given only to clients represented by Belmis Montesino or Nathanael Montesino and only at time of closing. In the event the client decides to be represented by any other agent outside Iconic Miami Realty the credit will be automatically forfeited. The credit amount will be established at the execution of the contract and/or during the loan application process. The credit may vary on a case to case basis and it is subject to compliance with government and bank guidelines and regulations. Some restrictions may apply.
